At Running Lab, we want to ensure you find the perfect fit for your stride. If your gear isn't performing as expected, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Gear

Place your unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoebox is protected by an outer mailing bag.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
